i appreciated the really kind staff at check-in and check-out plus the cleaning team did a fantastic job. the store inside the hotel was helpful for quick needs and the rooftop pool was a great addition. the front desk staff were accommodating and the room was huge also very clean. i really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the pool area.

the location is near many restaurants and supermarkets plus it is only a short walk to the al saad metro. the hotel location puts several stores and restaurants in the same building or very close by. this makes it very convenient to buy anything you need.

the hotel provided good parking at the rear.
Housekeeping woke me up even with the do not disturb sign displayed. This was very annoying. the curtain fell down, and it took a long time for them to fix it. I was not offered another room until it was repaired. when i ordered room service, the staff's english was bad and it was difficult to order. the food was not great.

The rooms were spacious. the room was very clean. I admired the attention to detail. the breakfast setup offered a wide variety of foods.
Some nights, i could hear noise from the hallways. It was disturbing. the furniture seemed old. The mattress was not comfortable. most floors were dark. They faced close buildings. it created a dim atmosphere.
